Professional & Honest. AC went out in 95 degree weather and a DIFFERENT company told me that I needed to replace the outside unit at a cost of thousands of dollars. Luckily I called R&B for an estimate on a new unit and instead of selling me a new unit, they fixed it on the spot...It was only a bad capacitor, which was around $30 for the part. My family had to suffer through the heat for an evening unnecessarily. Next time I will call R&B first.
