The worst Agent EVER!!! Worst company I've ever been with...I do not recommend this to anyone..Maybe instead of sending BS junk in the mail maybe they should take that money to pay loyal customers when they have a claim...In 6 yrs had two claims one was catastrophic claim which their dumb agents said NO damage, shingles missing wood missing had to hire someone to handle it and because it took them so long to cover it they ended up paying thousands of dollars more in damages making it look bad on us, what really got us their adjuster showed up with no tools, no ladder and ask if he could use ours, and wearing dress shoes to get on my roof in the middle of winter, he climb up to the top of the guttering and climb back down the adjuster then lied to us and said it was damage and covered only to get down the road and call us and said they weren't covering it, and hung up on us, they are very dishonest people... Why did we stay? We chalk that up to just a bad experience and thought it couldn't happen again, but then 2 yrs later our basement flooded sump pump went out and damages were covered but it was such a hassle we decided just to drop it and not pursue it, we did receive a check for 89.00 for carpet replacement, come on when can you get carpet at that cost for half a basement? The next thing we know is we get a notice of cancellation in the mail when our premium was up...That was the best thing they did, the company we are now with is really great, a mistake on billing me was made and it was handled ASAP...With State Farm it would of taken months as slow as they are, and they would of probably said we don't see it as dishonest as they are...I would not recommend them to anyone or let them insure my dog house...All Steve did was hide out in his office unless we were there to make a payment....Way to go Stickem Steve!!!
